I had my first appointment with Connor because of an issue with my knee. We discussed my problem. Connor checked my range of motion etc. Then I got some deep tissue treatment which helped immediately. I left with recommended exercise to help my recovery and a follow up appointment booked. Overall, great service!
I Had severe pain in my back, I phoned at 8am, I actually spoke to someone (No AI receptionist) was seen at 9am by Connor he assessed, asked many questions and treated What I found out was Acute Gluteal sprain. After my first visit I felt relieved the pain was considerably better. Great professional service that I would highly recommend.

I have been treated by Shona several times for painful joints in my feet due to arthritis and it really helped me in so many respects. I now understand what is causing my pain and following her advice I have been able to manage much better. The pain has reduced and I am now walking pain free some days.
