After months of agony and a number of failed attempts to treat my son's heel pain he's finally back training regularly and playing football thanks to Physis. His diagnosis was determined at the first visit and 3 sessions later the pain and discomfort he suffered for nearly 8 months was no more than a bad memory. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had 6 sessions with Ola and I can’t stress enough how fantastic her treatment was!! Thorough, considered, knowledgeable a d skilled are some of the words I would use. After 6 sessions i no longer have knee pain, am able to run again and have strengthened my pulled intercostal area. Thanks Ola!!

I found Gordon extremely friendly, welcoming and professional in every way. He explained in detail what was wrong with my knee and gave me exercises to do, which I followed diligently. After a relatively short period of time I noticed improvement in both my pain level and my walking. I am now back going for long walks, which I could not even consider before. Thank you Gordon

I found Physis Physiotherapy to be exceptional. From the first booking to the last they were helpful and efficient. My physio Ola is superb and a credit to the practice.Skilful and knowledgeable. I was referred by my insurance company but if I needed to go back for anything I would not hesitate to book again privately. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for a whole range of specialist treatments. Thank you Ola and Physis.

The team at the Mayfield branch has been fantastic in helping me recover from various injuries and general wear and tear. They have all been very warm and friendly with extensive knowledge in physiotherapy and massage. Their model compared to others is very refreshing, and I really appreciate their online booking system and late night and Saturday sessions which makes finding and booking a session, very easy. A great physio and I think you would struggle to find better, across Edinburgh.

Morag was very kind and knowledgeable. I've had trouble with my knee for a while and Morag was able to figure out exactly how and where this pain was occuring and then gave me a recovery plan. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Darren in the clinic who has been helping me with exercises due to having Rheumatoid Arthritis. I find Darren very approachable, informative, helpful and supportive. My exercises have improved my mobility so much! I am so happy, cant believe how much I have improved. I am so glad I have found an excellent physiotherapist like Darren, he is always there when needed. I am very grateful for all the help and support Darren and his staff have given me over the past year. I cant thank them all enough :) I would not go anywhere else.

I recently had a block of physio sessions with Rani for an Achilles issue that i’d been having for about a year. The treatment and exercises she gave me were excellent and my achilles and calves feel better than they ever have done. She was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my injuries. Highly recommend!

All in it was a great experience. Booking appointments was really easy and the reminders sent out were always handy. There were CoVid restrictions in place when I was attending Physis. I always felt safe and secure with the measures that were taken to keep Rani and myself safe. Rani herself was excellent, very easy to chat with and she was always helpful with explanations of stretches and exercises I needed to do. Thanks for sorting out my sore buttock!
