Visited the store at 830am 3 days before New Year. Only self service checkouts open. We had a full trolley and asked if there was anyone on the checkouts serving and told NO staff were available. There was also an elderly gentleman asking for help at the checkout and also told no staff. I think self service checkouts are a good option but there should be a CHOICE for customers who are elderly and also customers who have a full trolley. Expect better from Morrisons.

Online delivery Packers must be 16 yo's that have never been grocery shopping. Items out of stock that can be easily substituted. It happens with the regular delivery service and MorrisonsNow. Buy cold meat and white rolls and they can't find a substitute (another brand) for white rolls. Buy ingredients for 3 different dinners and you can't make one. Best of all was ordering b22 bulbs and receiving screw ins as a substitute! Insane!

Disappointed and Embarrassed β Loyal Customer No More Iβve been a regular shopper at Morrisons Hamilton for years and have always appreciated the wide selection and the good quality meats from the butcher counter. On a recent visit, I purchased a piece of short rib for just under Β£6 β great value and no issues at the checkout. However, my experience quickly turned sour when I exited the store and the security alarm suddenly went off. To my shock, a security guard ran after me and insisted I open my bag β all because the short rib had a security tag still attached. I understand theft is a concern, but chasing and stopping a paying customer over a Β£6 piece of beef is absolutely ridiculous. I was treated as if I had done something wrong when I had simply paid for my shopping like anyone else. The guard told me that items of that value are often stolen β but I didnβt steal it, and I shouldn't have to be treated with suspicion for doing nothing wrong. This experience was not only embarrassing but also upsetting. Morrisons should seriously rethink how they treat loyal customers β because this kind of treatment is a quick way to lose them. I now understand why this chain is struggling: when your security measures scare away honest customers, you're only hurting your own business. I wonβt be returning.

Itβs alright, but it was very quiet when I visited late on a Monday afternoon. The large car park has always been only partially filled any time Iβve been here so finding a space away from other cars isnβt an issue. The store not only sells food and drink but clothes, housewares, towels etc. Some of the shelves were rather low on stock however personally I only came in to see what they had on special offer on wine as Iβve found Morrisons to be the best at offering good discounts.

I have shopped at 7am on a Friday for a number of years. However it is noticeable recently that the shelves are not stocked as they were before. The shop is littered with pallets of vegetables. If the staff are not able to do this the shop would be better to be closed for an hour to allow this.

Deffo one of the better Morrisons. Thus one is larger than my local so overall offers more choice, central to other well known stores. Easy road access and decent parking.

Went to the cafe. The self-service machine said most items were unavailable, they were available at a normal checkout. It did let me order bottles of juice which they didn't have. Hilarious. The kid's menu food was deep-fried and rock-hard, how are kids eating that? They only had 3 high chairs. The poached egg was rock hard. Rest of the breakfast was OK.

Disaster - what is the point of ordering your Christmas food shop online for delivery when they canβt even provide half of the items! Incidentally this includes meats for dinner. Total lazy pickers - which means I now have to go out and get the food anyway!! Stop making promises you canβt keep - 8.00 delivery charge and 40% of my items unavailable. Complete disgrace wonβt be back

If you are in a hurry I'd bypass the cafe..the wait can be terrible with staff walking past totally ignoring you at the till waiting to order . Eventually ordered breakfast which they got wrong . Some of it I couldn't touch, avocado had slimey stuff on it and I'm not sure it was vegetarian sausage I got.. I've also just checked my receipt and they've charged me for items I never ordered..wtaf
