Very straightforward, no-frills service. Shazhad in particular was very clear, organised, and objective in introducing all candidate vaccines considering my specific travel purpose and in explaining why I’m highly encouraged to get some but not all. Very layperson-friendly discussion of probabilities and uncertainties surrounding vaccines, prophylaxes, and diseases, I’m very impressed as a biologist myself! First travel clinic in Edinburgh and I can see it will be hard to switch!

I did not have the updated certificate form for Japanese government and you guys have the form for me and it was great! You are the savior! The instructions for taking PCR test was clear and easy to understand and your staff were friendly especially the one who did the test for me. Thank you all for the experience. Out of all the places I’ve gone to in Edinburgh, the staff here was so friendly and polite and professional. It made it a bit easier being away from home. Thank you for such wonderful service.
