Jacqui is amazing! I attended to sort out a couple of wee nail problems and got a full foot sort-out! Could not believe how inexpensive this was either - about a quarter of the price of a haircut. Fabulous service from experienced, competent and caring professional. 200% recommended. Thank you so much!
Podiatry service, doctor is nice. Receptonists on the ground floors are lazy which are different med centre. They did not even tell us which suppose to be on the upper floor for podiatry.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Hiba was kind and patient (tickly and very sensitive feet!) I will be going back to keep my feet healthy and happy.
I've had two appointments now. My 1st consultation and treatment was with Sally and the 2nd was with Hiba. Both members of staff we friendly, professional and were really patient with me. They also took a lot of time on my feet and making sure any routine treatments were done where needed. Hiba was so unbelievably sweet and really took time to make sure I was happy with how my feet felt and looked - and gave great follow up advice after discussing what actions i'd taken since I recived Sally's reccomendations. They gave me terrific advice regarding appropriate footwear and in just a couple of months of following their advice, I've found that my whole body feels a lot better due to a lack of strain on my feet which has given the rest of my joints a break. I used to feel really ashamed of my feet and the idea of needing help with them in my early twenties but they made me feel so normal. I won't be a foot model anytime soon, but I honestly feel like I can wear open toe sandles on occasion now. It was a relatively simple callus/hard skin removal but you wouldn't believe how some small changes really positively impact your body. I feel like having 45 minutes to an hour out of my day has solved a lot of issues I've had for years! I'll definitely be back in a couple of months when I need a bit more help! Well worth the money. ^_^

I was very worried about my treatment because my toe was so painful but you really put me at ease. You explained carefully what you were going to do and then very gently carried out the procedure. It was just about painless! You then did a great job on all the hard skin on my feet leaving them soft and moisturised. A really lovely experience! This is a continuation of my post (francis greene) but I have asked and received permission from my wife to use this space. After 21 days, I eventually received a notification about my orthotics from trinity podiatry. All the blame goes to the post office and the company that actually make the orthotics. No apology by trinity. No offer of a refund. This is despite taking £40 on the promise to deliver my orthotics within 10 days as part of their 'fast track' experience.
I ordered orthotics and paid £40 for fast track delivery in 10 days. It has been 19 days and my orthotics still have not arrived. Jacqui has terrible after sales service. Her telephone number is actually a remote call centre. The women is lovely but all she can do is send Jacqui messages. I have written one email and phoned last Friday, this Monday and today, Wednesday. Not once has Jacqui bothered to phone me or make any contact to explain the delay in the 'fast track' experience.
I have had a great recent experience with Jacqui at Trinity Podiatry, clear and honest advice with first class service and attention. All safe and secure too. Highly recomemnd.
I booked myself my husband and daughter in this clinic. My daughter was seen tonight and service was not good at all. He did not remove hard skin and used no machines which our regular out of town chiropodist uses. I will now cancel my husband and my own appointments for next week. I would rather travel out of town and have a good treatment. I just wanted someone closer to home.
Great little clinic, with a practical website to book appointments! Jacqui is knowledgeable and professional, I was not rushed for my treatment and I felt very safe with all the COVID measures in place. Her input on my conditions were valuable and I'm trusting her to custom make some insoles which will hopefully help!
