   Having spent thousands of pounds in this store over the years as a Scan-as -you-go' customer, I am never darkening their door again. (As an example of my spending at this store, my last issue of 'money-off' coupons was for £17.50 - which by my calculations means I have spent in excess of £1,750 in the last three months.) Never again. They now have a female member of staff at the self scan section who deems any scan-as- you-go customer as a shop-lifter if they have purchased alcohol. I was highly embarrassed on Sunday 9th November at 10.45am when she nudged me out of the way from my pay 'screen' to scrutinise my purchases (I was NOT being selected for a customer scan - she simply was employing her own distrust of good customers like me. WHY - who knows.) I was left feeling humiliated. I don't know if anyone from the store will read this - I suspect not, but I do hope they will, as previous feedback sites have been discontinued. If their policy of the store is to presume all scan-and-go customers are presumed guilty of shoplifting until proven innocent - fine. But I won't be back. If this is just a rather nasty (evil) staff member employing her own nasty distrust, then I hope this feedback will help to improve her attitude. I have now discovered a much friendlier staff attitude at the nearby Waitrose, which will be my shop of choice in future.

   Massive queues at the manned checkouts and stupidly long queue at the self service checkout. If Tesco won't employ enough staff, I'll shop elsewhere. Staff apologising and explaining that all overtime has been cut.

   Special thank you today for the member of staff Evelyn at Tesco Milngavie - ( this lady helped us find a product on the shelves which we couldn’t see as it was accidentally ‘hidden from view - came from her checkout post and found what we needed. What a lovely kind lady. She went out of her way to help us and it was greatly appreciate thank you

   Tobacco and customer service counter has no set opening times. Plenty of staff milling around last nite chatting yet tobacco and customer service closed at 9pm. Shop is open until 11pm with no info in store or online. Waste of a journey and time. Better service in asda just along the road.

   one of my Fave Tescos nice clean store friendly staff has everything you could want from a store i like the fact it has some charity areas where you can buy CD's Dvd books for a wee donation also has a place for a cup of tea with wifi feels laid back too .I always make an effort to shop here when am in the area visiting friends .

   Just received a penalty notice for overstaying 3 hours limit in Tesco Milngavie car park. Only stayed 30 minutes but seems going back to pick up elderly parent 3 hours later deserves a £70 fine. Why did camera not catch me leaving and returning 3hours later ? Won't be paying fine and unfortunately won't be back to Tesco. Horrendous way to treat customers.

   Mediocre. Not competitive. Greedy. I was fined £30 for parking too long while doing my shopping and stopped for lunch. Hope they enjoyed my £30. They have lost over £5,000 per annum in sales. What idiots!

   WEE UPDATE. I had literally just planted one of Tesco's sunflowers in my outside pot and was watering it when the first of many welcome visitors arrived. Bee happy! ●●●● The staff at the mobile shop within Tesco Milngavie are renowned for their professional and friendly assistance. The manager Euan is, for me, at the pinnacle of service provision. He ticks all the boxes in terms of good practice, making peeps like me, (non techy) comfortable with his relaxed, competent manner. I noticed him subtly checking understanding of both me the customer and a junior colleague seeking advice, to ensure we'd grasped the detailed info. This is an essential of good management practice and customer service. He's a great ambassador for Tesco mobile and solid asset for Tesco in general.
