I used to shop in this store almost every week, now I go only maybe once every few months. "Why?", you may ask. Because of their new policy of closing all the regular tills and forcing customers to use the self-service tills (at least in the evenings, which is the only time when I can go for groceries). Every time I'm being told "we don't have enough staff". Well, I'm sorry, but is that my fault? Hire one more person and you can keep a till open. Here's the problem with self-service tills: they're ok if you have 5 items, a chore if you have 20, and a nightmare if you have 50, and I'm always in the nightmare category. Sorry Aldi, but if you don't respect customers' time, I'll take my business to a store that does.
