   I’ve been shopping in this local shop for two years, everything was great, until the staff changed. Now feel unwelcome to even grab something as simple as milk. Followed around the store rude and indecent comments made under breath to other staff member about customers, place is full of kids with no training who think there better than people when there literally shelf stackers themselves. Management has zero control of the young employees.

   I would like to share my disappointment regarding the customer service provided by one of the retail assistants at Farmfoods Shiskine Drive. Every time I shop at this store and encounter this particular staff member, the experience is consistently poor. To start, there’s no basic courtesy: no greeting, no "thank you," or even acknowledgment during the transaction. Instead of handling my purchases with care, the assistant seems to hurriedly throw the items to the side after scanning, which comes across as careless and disrespectful. This lack of professionalism suggests either a lack of proper training or a complete disengagement from the role. If the individual is overworked, unhappy, or unmotivated, perhaps it’s time for management to intervene—whether by offering support, additional training, or ensuring their role is a better fit. Customer service is a vital part of retail, and even small gestures of politeness go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. I hope Farmfoods can address this issue and ensure their staff are equipped to deliver the standard of service customers experience.
