Probably Change from National Health Scotland (NHS) to local Unhealthy Stress (LUS) Not good and I was sitting in the hospital for 1 hour and nobody ask me, What do I need. Lazy staff. Excuse me, this is a hospital not a waiting room for old people! To make it worse this is one hospital that have audiology and they look like they need appointments on their hearing and sight. And stop treating us as invisible people. When they have problems or Emergency. Plus this was my 2 visits I will not change the reviews again if it happens again and again.
