I love this shop, as an older lady who is not tall I find that bonmarche has a varied leg lengths and different style of trousers. Their clothes are femine and good quality. They have lots of online offers too.

My partner has used the shop and online services, both were helpful and professional. The shop is well merchandised to the standard Bonmarche corporate layout. It was clean and tidy with an extensive product range. Changing rooms are available to the rear of the store.

I bought a pair of straight leg jeans a size bigger than i normally wear unfortunately when i tried them on at home I took the label off confident they would fit so I took the label off. They didn't fit at all far to small. I took them back to the store in Yate to be told I couldn't exchange them for a bigger size because the label had been taken off even though I had the receipt. I have never heard of any thing so ridiculous.
