“I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.”

“Was in store early today picking out trainers, store has extremely helpful and welcoming staff members, but wanted to give extra praise to one in particular (Kam Law). Not often that staff stand out, but he was extremely helpful, seen me checking out padding for shoes and offered a pair that suited my needs perfectly without being asked, definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice easy experience in store.”
