“Yate store was recommended to me by my local store (Bath), I was trying to track down a size 41 gents shoe my asc son particularly wanted for Christmas. They were £30 more on the Rieker website, so keen to try and save some ££'s! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, double checking on stock and promising to post that day. It being Christmas week, I was very impressed with the service and the fact they were safely delivered the following day. I will have a happy lad Christmas morning, thank you. Highly recommended x”

“I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.”
