   Yate store was recommended to me by my local store (Bath), I was trying to track down a size 41 gents shoe my asc son particularly wanted for Christmas. They were £30 more on the Rieker website, so keen to try and save some ££'s! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, double checking on stock and promising to post that day. It being Christmas week, I was very impressed with the service and the fact they were safely delivered the following day. I will have a happy lad Christmas morning, thank you. Highly recommended x

   Visited the Rieker store which opened in Yate a few weeks ago. Served by two lovely ladies on a Sunday. We had a good laugh, I was stuck in between having two colour boots. Both staff members suggested what I planned to have. I still walked out with both. Will 100% come back again.
