Lovely little shop and very helpful staff. Whilst they didn’t have what we wanted in stock they offered to order them for my little girl. I’d much rather shop here than at the one in Cribs and help a local franchise
I went into Clarks with my 4 young children to get my eldest his first pair of school shoes. I was helped by Liz. She was very helpful and friendly, we got my son his shoes and she even measured my 3 daughters feet so they felt like they were joining in to. I found this very lovely and she was brilliant with all my children! Amazing service from a lovely lady!
Rude manager! We had a very unpleasant visit today (15/08/2025) I was told several times to put the shoes I was looking at on it’s original place on the self, told my daughter to leave some shoes alone because they were too small for her (of course, we wanted to ask for her size!) also ask for a size and she said she’ll need to measure first and then she’ll only bring out the right size…. I’ve never felt more intimidated in a shop! I said I couldn’t take it anymore, I told my daughter not to try the shoes, as the lady was scaring her, and left! NOT COMING BACK!!!

The assistant was very attentive to my 4 year old granddaughter, nothing was to much trouble, even though she was undecided on 2 pairs! She picked the pink ones!

It was school shoe buying day and I was dreading it. The shop was packed as expected but to be fair the staff got through everyone efficiently. Ticket based system made sure you were seen in a fair way and they sorted out my daughter with the shoes she wanted quickly. Considering how busy it was the staff were friendly and didn't skimp on the time they spent with you.
I went to the Yate branch this morning along with my daughter to buy some school shoes. The shop was packed and I was expecting to be there a long time. I was in and out of the shop with a lovely pair of shoes for my daughter in about 10 minutes. Fantastic service.
