   I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.

   I went to the store because I didn't know my size. Save a lot of ordering and returns. The male side consists of 24 racks and no shoes. Feels like a token effort. What was out, it had all sizes. I'm not sure I will visit again because there was nothing else of interest. Staff were helpful and friendly, and I think I enjoyed my experience, which wasn't a term I would ever use. If you are it the area pop in. Know your size and to far away go online. Then, by next year, it will be a ladies' clothing shop. For the time being, it's a clothing shop. Men, if you want to keep yours, then go in, if you don't, you will only have online.

   You can also get mens clothing in the shop ((Badrhino)) bigger sizes and very good quality of clothing not cheap rubbish that will fall apart after 2 washings. You can buy in the shop or on the website. All on one floor disabled parking by tesco and they DO have rooms for you to try it on .very very helpful staff. If they haven't got it they will help you as much as possible.

   Needed a jacket to wear to a funeral. Lady very helpful although no jacket to suit my dress she did find a lovely cardigan which had several positive responses when I wore it. Never used your shop or website before but I will from now on
