I usually call into the Sweaty Betty store when I am in Bath. Staff are always helpful but there is no hard sell or pressure to buy. All of the items are high quality. The store is quite small but it usually carries seasonal stock and most popular pieces. Changing rooms are available at the back of the store.
Went into the store to find some leggings and was served by Naomi. Naomi was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and was happy to help. Would recommend
Opening hours should be followed! Having checked the opening times on the website and walked a mile into town I was slightly surprised to have the door closed in my face by the Bath Sweaty Betty shop assistant. It was 510 and the opening hours in the window matched the 5.30 advertised close time. When I pointed to the sign the assistant cracked the door open to say that she had not had any lunch so she was shutting early. Interesting take on customer service for a high end store. Not someone I would employ in my business.
I went in to the store today for the first time ever. As a 5'9" lady with a very large bottom I'd never expected to find something to suit me there. However Ellie and Naomi were so helpful, kind and professional I left with the best, comfiest leggings I've ever tried on. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made me feel really comfortable. Will be back as they told me that most of their leggings are now starting to come out in a 34 inch leg! Excellent shop with a great team and a very fun atmosphere!
This store is amazing. The staff are so friendly, super helpful and so knowledgeable on all the products and which ones would be best for my lifestyle and needs. I will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you ladies.
Just phoned up the Bath store and had a really great experience. Ella was particularly knowledgeable, warm and able and I had to ask her many questions. She even rose to the occasion very well considering we were chatting the hues of lilac and likenesses, a difficult task on a phone call. I feel confident to make a purchase I would of otherwise had to spend time (I don’t have), researching more about.
I went into the Bath store today and the staff were amazing! I had purchased a pair of leggings which were faulty but couldn’t find my online receipt. They did everything they could to find out trying multiple different ways and finally found it which meant I could exchange them for a new pair!! They were just lovely!

I just got off the phone with Emily in the Bath shop and she was a superstar not only was she able to locate the Nimbus Down Parka in a size small she was able to add me to the Insiders list which lead to an incredible discount. Cannot thank her enough as the cold weather is coming and that coat will be so very needed. Amazing customer service.
