“I ordered the Nuo Flexbell Adjustable Dumbbells from Gym Marine : Their pre and after sales/customer service was excellent. The product was competitively priced. Delivery time was as communicated/expected. Packaging was durable, kept the item safe/secure, and was suitable for transport across Europe. The product arrived as advertised - was brand new and to the highest quality. Overall, Gym Marine provided an excellent service.”
“Worked with Tom over a number of months during ACL rehab, and am now back playing field sports for two months without any incidents. Enjoyed everything about my experience at the Medical - booking appointments was easy and at a reasonable price, and the sessions and work was difficult but achievable! Would recommend to anyone.”
“More gyms in one place than I've ever seen, and uni gyms weren't like these in my day! Oh what a time to be alive. And a student.”
“Like a second home, and one of the trainers Pedro is great would recommend”
“Blown away by the knowledge, empowerment, time and space shared by this idyllic retreat. This programme is packed, and seriously backed up by evidence and the infectious enthusiasm of some extraordinary professionals. There is something new to try for everyone. I don’t hesitate to give Combe Grove 5* and am supporting its even bigger ambitions in the future. A truly unique and inspiring experience - thank you!”
“A year after knee replacement I developed issues with my muscles and tendons. Went back to physio with Matt Edwards and tried their new EMTT machine, well I started with pain at a 9 and within 4 weeks of 15 min treatments this was reduced down to a threshold of 1, alongside exercises they gave me I am back on my journey to full fitness. I cannot praise this wonder machine enough”
“Having studied Shiatsu at another school for one and a half years, I took a three month taster course with Frank Davies of Bath School of Shiatsu and Yoga. In terms of Shiatsu techniques, I can truthfully say I learned more in those three months with him than I'd learned in a year and a half with my previous school. Such was the force of this realisation, I decided to go back to the first year with him and start my learning journey right from the beginning again - and this has been a very good decision! Frank's integration of Yoga - which I am not good at - and emphasis on posture makes the process of giving Shiatsu not only more comfortable as a practitioner, but a more fluid and enjoyable experience for the recipient. As a tutor Frank is exacting. But the consistency of his approach to teaching and his immense encouragement builds my confidence, and also my hunger to learn more and more. His passion for what he does is infectious and his sense of humour fills our beautiful workspace. Beyond that, his love for his students is tangible. And his patience... I'll admit I must have tested this in him, but have been met only with kindness and further encouragement. I can't recommend this course more highly. It has changed my life, and I have a huge sense of gratitude for this.”
“My son and a large group of his friends from a grass-roots football team had a social event held here. They enjoyed bowling and putify and was well fed with chips and pizza. All in all a great choice for such an event and would definitely recommend.”
“For the price that I’ve paid, it is worth of money! Kind of Gen Z vibes. Location-wise it is 15-20 mins walk from the train station, and situated at the center of Bath. Breakfast is provided, good enough for me. They charge for the towel, 2.5£ and luggage storage 2£ per bag, but I dont find it an issue as the room price is considered affordable already. The service and staffs are friendly. Love the ambience of the place. I would consider it again if I ever come back to Bath.”
“Spoke to Richard Roper on the options regarding my Treadmill purchase. Right from beginning till delivery, provided a great service in terms of dealing with the purchase and offers. Sorted the delivery as well so that it arrived before the estimated time. I am happy with the equipment as well and this company deals only with brand new and not anything else. Would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase gym equipment from this supplier.”
“I'm really enjoying progressing in Animal Flow with Steph's expert coaching. She is determined to drive the best out of each of her students. As an experienced PT, Steph's key differentiator for me, is her ability to explain the WHY in addition to the WHAT and the HOW of each move. Loving it!”
“I have been coming to Baskervilles gym for nearly 5 years now as a student at the Uni of Bath. The gym have run gymnastics training for the snow sports club for as long as I have been a member. Paul especially has always taken care of us and tailores his gymnastics expertise to movements for us on skis in the park. I have seen many friends and myself take skills and exercises we have learned in the gym to improve ourselves on the slopes. The team always do a great job adapting our sessions to all the various skill levels of the members we bring. Everyone equally has a great time and has the opportunity to progress!”
“Smart, slick and the coffee was pretty good and at a sensible price. The cakes looked good but I didn't try them. Ever since Liz Truss was in power coffee has gone up, chocolate too, I can't think why. But at £2.40 that's good compared to some places at £3.45.”
“Nina has a gift and I’m so thankful she is sharing it. Her love of yoga, spirituality and nutrition has me so inspired. I love the time spent in her presence in the most idilic setting The Barn and The Forest. Thankyou Nina”
“I have been visiting Alice’s studio for a little over a year now, and she is just amazing. I started as a complete beginner joining the mixed Ariel class, to doing Ariel yoga and then private 1:1 classes to really work on my skills. My confidence, strength and ability has come on leaps since joining. It’s a great, creative and fun exercise to keep you fit and strong while truly enjoying yourself and embracing new skill sets.”
“A friend introduced me to Scott's classes almost a year ago. I'm so happy to say that I've finally found joy in working out, as I was never keen of the gym. Scott puts a lot of effort in making every class unique, never repeating exercises. I recommend his classes to everyone looking to have fun and a good workout.”
“The place to go for any injury. Five star”
“My son had a great time last summer, lots of outdoor fun and exercise. We're away this year or would have done another summer course.”
