    Excellent customer service! We were looking for wedding dresses and this shop was perfect for that! Premises were clean and fitting rooms were excellent too! Huge plus is that they had nice comfortable sofas for the men just outside the fitting rooms. Please upgrade/fix your broadband as we were trying to send photos/videos to her friends of the dress so they could assist but the internet was that slow I had to keep walking out the shop and use 5G to send over the videos.

    Went to Phase Eight today not really knowing what to buy. The assistant was very helpful and brought me different dresses to try on. I really appreciated this. The checkout lady was also very pleasant and wrapped everything well. Would recommend - good service.

    We went to Phase Eight yesterday to find my mum an outfit to wear to my upcoming wedding. My mum is disabled and wears a splint so has been nervous about finding an outfit, however Olivia could not have been more amazing. She picked out many dresses and outfits in my mums size for us to try, offered us lots of advise and was so attentive. She made a daunting trip an absolutely fantastic experience , could not have asked for better customer service! You are a credit to the team.

    I went to Phase 8 last Sunday at the Mall shop to get an outfit for my son's wedding in June and Pia helped me considerably to pull together a look. All the staff chipped in to find shoes and hat to go with a lovely dress. It was such a positive experience that I would go back again for such help. Thank you Pia and staff for being so lovely and supportive. Really recommend and lots of choices for all sorts of styles.
