We are a local Edinburgh Contractor, Drumorne used us to carry out some electrical compliance work. They are an asset to the community and their guests - they prioritse safety and settle invoices promptly. Happy to recommend.
Very friendly staff, clean room. We were having a hot spell so a very effective fan was supplied. Breakfast sounded basic but real coffee and croissants supplied in your room. No regimented queues in dining rooms.Brilliant. even has a cute fridge, which bigger hotels lack. Recommended.

The bed and breakfast is very well situated just a few minutes from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. The host was very hospitable and the room was cozy and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast that was provided was delicious! We were able to order eggs and bacon but he also had other hot foods like porridge. They also provided milk, orange juice, water, tea and coffee along with an assortment of fruits, breads and pastries. My family and I had a great stay! Only con would be the parking. It is free but it's street parking and it could potentially be tricky to find parking that's close to the guesthouse but it's not a big a deal.
Overall pretty pleasant stay. Abe, the host was really friendly, good breakfast. Nice location close to public transport and Holyrood park.
Very friendly and helpful host. Room was little bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Just few steps from the busstop. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Edinburgh next time.
Wonderful stay. The host is very congenial. Room was recently renovated ensuite private with double bed. Lovely fresh breakfast. Bus stop literally right outside the house next door. Very convenient. Highly recommended!
