I went into the cribbs Crew store to return an unwanted gift item with a gift receipt. Was told that they could only issue a refund to the original card/buyer despite having a gift receipt. I got their company returns policy up on my phone, proving they were incorrect as it clearly states if a customer has a gift receipt it can be refunded onto a gift card. Took over 45 minutes to return these. No apology given even the manager didn’t know the returns policy correctly. It’s a shame because I used to like buying gifts and receiving them from crew but I won’t again.
