Really nice hotel, staff were very professional, Tomasz on the front desk was super helpful. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. The spa was the best part, awesome experience. Hotel has discount parking onsite.
Overall, the hotel was very good. The staff was professional and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and confortable. Now, even though the bathroom was luxurious, the water pressure was quite low. The TV didn’t have any app such as Netflix or Prime and couldn’t screen mirror wirelessly my phone. No luggage service at the entrance. I agree with some comments : this is, in my opinion, a very good 4 stars hotel rather than a true 5 stars. In the end this was still a very pleasant stay !
Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, very clean, nice staff, and great amenities. A bit off the beaten path but well worth the stay. The elite lounge offered a superb, extensive breakfast! A large variety of great offerings, it was a fantastic way to start our day and the evening food reception provided so much that we didn’t even need to eat elsewhere. A wonderful club! The orange juice machine made the best orange juice we have ever had in our lives!! Our room was spacious, clean, fresh with very comfy beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The front desk also allowed early check in which was so convenient and nice after a long flight.
If you get the opportunity to stay here - don’t miss it! Brilliant location, beautiful and immaculate rooms and interior areas, Every member of staff incredibly helpful and can’t do enough for you. Incredible customer service and attentiveness. Soa, (Thermal) was good too, but some areas including hydro pool not available for us to access on that day which was our only disappointment. Would I stay again, 110% and genuinely not enough stars to recommend enough.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning master bathroom. One of the highlights was the incredible view of Edinburgh Castle from our window, especially magical when lit up at night. We also made full use of the spa, and wow!!it exceeded expectations. From the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the city skyline, to multiple steam rooms, saunas, and peaceful relaxation areas, it truly offered every amenity you could want for a luxurious wellness experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay!! we would highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and an unforgettable Edinburgh experience.
We got booked for 2 nights at this fantastic hotel from the 12 to 14th March 2023. The reception was really great and the receptionists treated us very well. I cant go without mentioning Isabelle, one of the receptionists. Her professionalism is exceptional, she is a star. We really appreciate the service that we got from her and the team who were on duty from the day of our arrival until departure. The rooms were so spacious and the bed was greatly comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a variety of food to choose from. We will definitely stay at your hotel again next time. Thanks for your great service.
My friend and I stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and it was spectacular! The staff was amazing and checking in, our front desk person went out of his way to give us lots of information about the city. They even helped us find a place that served American thanksgiving dinner! The hotel itself is beautiful and in the perfect location! We walked everywhere and covered the whole city. If you stay here during the week, go see Haneen at the bar! She was fabulous!
Hotel has the perfect location! Amazing pool which has aqua aerobic class once a week as well as children timings and they are separated so u can swim without distraction. Spa showers are spacious, ESPA amenities, even hair straightners and curlers!- and super soft towels. We just had a regular room and it was perfect. Both bath and showers have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which was great as we travelled with hand luggage only. Loved the recycled water cans, looked really cool. We tryed breakfast too and it was super delicious. All fresh fruits and pastries, but best was the fry up. Worth every penny, just wish I could eat more haha. Overall we had an amazing stay so thank you to all the friendly and kind staff from housekeeping to spa to front desk, especially to Chris who checked us in and gave the amazing recommendation to Cramond beach and the pub nearby!! Was a gem to visit.
Very convenient location. Suggest to get the castle view room. The picture is the view from our room, super nice. Their spa is something else. If you are a spa person, you cannot miss this one. 12 different spa rooms with different themes. But my favorite is their rooftop swirl pool. Very relaxing especially during a rainy day. The only con here is for a spacious bathroom, the design is so off that you feel restricted when you do anything in there…
Everyone has been great! A girl on training did our check in, she was great! As her trainee, Chris! We had access to the lounge, incredible food with zero waste as they bring small portion upon your request. Used all the facilities from the Spa which they came in a package, I will recommend to EVERYONE!! Every single one perfectly explained, relaxing and not too many people around (also the swimming pool outsiiiide!) I ll recommend the Sheraton to everyone who is staying in Edinburgh!
