    Location is perfect. Right by everything. Accomadation itself was a little disappointing. Considering its a self check in and then no staff on duty there should be more effort made to provide guests with everything they need. We didnt pay the amount we did to go hunting for basic things like an iron n ironing board. Not much thought has gone into the layout of the room. Switches for bedside lights were not near bed. Mirror is situated where there are no plugs so cant plug in hairdryer etc The bathroom was so small no soap holder in the shower or place to put your shower gel. This place could be better with a put more thought. Dont think il be staying here again!

    Very tiny rooms. Our shower was unique in that you have to step up into it. There is a cute garden space in the back. It is in a great location to the tram and for getting around the city.

    A good basic hotel. Continental breakfast and the room had a microwave, fridge and kettle. Good for if you are staying several nights.though it is away from the city center there are good transport links via bus training or tram. We walked from the city centre and it only took about half an hour and that was in the snow and shlush! I would go back in the future if I went to edinburgh and being out of the main area keeps the prices lower.

Good for if you are staying several nights.though it is away from the city center there are good transport links via bus training or tram. We walked from the city centre and it only took about half an hour and that was in the snow and shlush! I would go back in the future if I went to edinburgh and being out of the main area keeps the prices lower.

    Hotel room was OK, clean and warm. However the hotel is self service and you're supposed to get an email giving you information. We never received the info and consequently had to mess about finding a car parking space and sussing out how to actually get into the hotel. Breakfast is alright, again self service. Would have rated higher had we received all relevant info.

    This is one of most comfortable hotel I had in my 2month Europe trip. The price meet the quality perfectly. Efficient helpful staff. Good location for transit. The best part is no reception, and no cleaning room every day so you have freedom to control your own time. I never understood why towels needed to be washed everyday after your own use!(unless that's what you did at home); and someone else had to make your bed everyday!(unless being served is very important while you are traveling.) This is not a hostel. With all the equipment you need in your room, 2 large common rooms and kitchen. This is a home while you are traveling.

    Small, cozy, efficient, clean rooms. Common lounge is huge and inviting. The self check-in setup works well. Brilliant that you can see it from the Haymarket station exit. Nomad cafe 2 doors down is icing on the cake
