   Apart from the location this hotel really has nothing else to offer unless you are travelling alone & dont mind a tiny room. They do advertised it as small but if 2 people share the room you literally haven't room to even pass each other. The bathroom is so small that your feet are in the shower area while sitting on the toilet & they have signs to keep the door closed as the steam shower sets off the fire alarm which it did during our stay from the little room beside us! There was a very bad smell in the corridor outside our room, either a dirty mop or dirty carpet. Don't waste your money staying here. It was an experience & not cheap.

   Absolutely SHOCKING. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in my entire life! Charged 2.50£ per bag to store IN A HALLWAY. Not secured at all. They are left in the corridor of the 1st floor and they pretend they monitor them on CCTV. The room was so small even a borrower would have had issues with the space. AVOID at all costs! So claustrophobic- no windows and no air conditioning. Walls are so thin you can hear the next room’s conversation.

   I stayed at easyHotel Edinburgh for two nights on a last-minute booking. Prices in the city were high, so I chose this knowing the rooms would be small, but they’re more like a small cabinet with a bathroom the size of an airplane one. We were two people with two backpacks and a trolley, and it was nearly impossible to move around. Even simple things like showering, packing, or getting ready felt like a challenge. The bathroom has no ventilation, so after a shower the whole room fills with uncomfortable humidity. After long days of walking around, I honestly didn’t look forward to returning to the room, it just wasn’t comfortable. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location is very central. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s only suitable for one person needing a basic place to sleep for a short stay.

   I knew it was small but not this small. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom. The shower is so small the shower curtain can't help but get all handsy on you like a drunk guy at a bar. The bed was very firm but surprisingly comfortable or. Though I question if the sheets even got changed before the last guest as the sheet under the comforter was covered in another persons hair. The room was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay here for longer than that just because there is not much room to move around. It’s super compact but that’s the point, right? They also stored luggage for the day for £2.50 / 24-hrs which was nice so you can sight see without lugging your bags. Location is great and close to buses, sights, train station, etc.

   Overall a good budget experience. The location is central and convenient, with attractions and shops within walking distance. The staff are pleasant and room was clean, albeit very small. The bed was comfy and shower was good. If you're using your room for sleeping, freshening up and not much else, you can't really go wrong here.

   -We booked the castle view room. The room was freezing cold with excessive condensation on all of the windows. They supplied an extra space heater which suggests that they are aware of how cold the room is. After turning up the thermostat, and plugging in the space heater, the room remained very cold (due to the extremely drafty windows). -There were numerous black hairs on our bed when we arrived (it looked like hair from someone shaving). -Strange tiny uncomfortable bathroom. We've stayed in budget/capsule hotels, but this bathroom seemed so inconvenient and reminded us of an airplane bathroom. -We realized after the fact that they charge to store your luggage (which I acknowledge they do mention on their website), but this would have been a nice complementary service to provide (we have had other budget hotels do this). -All that being said, the front desk employee was very pleasant. We decided to check out of our room and book somewhere else for the night (we booked at another budget hotel which was much cozier). We were happy to eat the money to not stay here.

   You should read the reviews before booking and manage your expectations. It’s a very cheap hotel on Princes Street and you get that you pay for. I stayed here after a work night out and it was perfect for what I needed. The room is very small but it was clean, the shower was warm and the bed was comfortable. I brought my earplugs and had a good nights sleep. I would stay again.

   First of all this hotel has no lift and the room is so TINY that if you are travelling with your loved one this is not the perfect place for you. The room and the bed is clean but the toilet and sink is a bit broken. The Problematic part is THERE IS BARELY ANY HOT WATER for shower, which is not acceptable no matter how cheap the room price is (and it's not cheap at all because of Christmas!) The service of the receptionist is great and the staffs are really helpful.

   Great location, good value for money and really good service. My room was small but comfortable and almost zero noise (despite busy street). The reception staff is great, I forgot an item and was helped to get it back.
