   Never use this store for click and collect. I arrived into the click and collect bay and used to QR code to let them know I’d arrived and I was told my shopping would be on its way. 25 minutes later it hadn’t arrived so I went into to the shop to be told that I had to come in to the shop to let them know I’ve arrived. I’ve got no idea why the signs outside don’t tell you this. Then went outside again to wait and after 20 minutes I had to leave to go get the kids from school meaning I had to them come back. No surprise that when I got back I still had to wait about 20 minutes for my shopping. Waste of time and a real lack of acknowledgment from the staff regarding the issues

   Amazing staff. I did a click and collect. Was waiting at my car and a young man walked passed in an Asda uniform with food in his arms and asked if we were waiting for click or collect. I said yes. The young man explained that as he was on his break there would be nobody to bring out my shopping. He then pit his food in his car and went in and got our shopping and took his lunch after he did it. Asda should be really proud of their staff, I just wish I had gotten his name.

   It's a supermarket. Nothing special. Time I visited was ideal as wasn't too busy at 8pm. Could have benefited from having another till on.

   It’s not 24/7, idk how many times I’ve came down here the past couple of months needing a few bits and bobs last minute and every single time I come down here it’s shutters down and not a soul around. They still advertise that it’s 24/7. I literally showed up at 12am and still the exact same and it’s not been mentioned or changed. It’s annoying, why the sudden change?

   The click and collect service.does not work. Checked in on the app waited, noshow. Phoned no answer. Had to go instore and wait. Would have been quicker and easier to do the shopping myself. Adding the order number as requested 6192370000667

   Came through from East Kilbride tonight at around half 11 to top up our gas card at their paypoint as nowhere local was able to do it and my partner is heavily pregnant. Was advised when I went to find a member of staff that no one on the night shift was "till trained" and therefore there was no one able to operate the paypoint to put money on our gas card. Shocking from the management to not be able to do that. My partner is now crying in bed about how she's cold and no one wanted to help her. Their signs all say "Happy to help", wish it was true!

   I was in to collect a parcel , the woman pointed to a machine and told me to do it there , I had never been for a parcel and that was easy so fair enough , I know because I am from Blantyre that the people employed at this counter are being loyally treated but wrongly , they have no people skills at all , can’t even smile at you and look miserable all the time and I’m talking at least last 5 years , yiu can work out who this is but she isn’t only one at this counter it’s a total embarrassment, I was in today at 9.45 am , if I could stop having to visit this counter I would , get a grip Asda , loyal to isn’t a bad thing but this woman is not someone who should be facing the public !!!!!

   I see some negative comments about this place but especially about the staff, these people are working hard under pressure from WALMART and also under pressure from contracts brought in. Too many self scan machines rather than a normal till with people serving you. These people have to support families aswell and as I have said under pressure from the bigger company mentioned. Take away the self scans and employ more people this might help everyone.
