terrible service, utter disappointment. When i walked up to the till to pay, the boy on till just walked away without saying anything. Another person came to the till to help and didn’t say a single word during the whole transaction.
Many thanks for amazing gentleman who was on the tills today (Wed 3rd approx 6:20pm) alone but still so friendly and helpful (offered cutlery seeing i am tourist with salad meal deal). Hope you will have great day!
They are still closed at 7:30 from 7am although they opened at 6 because of “deliveries”. They should have enough staff on to have at least one on the floor! Planned my trip around this. Ridiculous!

Always use this store when I am town, shop is clean and tidy staff are all friendly ! Don’t know why someone would give this place a one star review find that very strange and pathetic. 5 stars ⭐️ would give 10 if I could !!
Suprising how kneet everything is stacked and organized in the morning before the shoppers pounce. Was very clean and we'll stocked at 7am as you can see. Was practically glistening on this cold snowy January morning dispute the slush swamp just outside.
Staff are always lovely and friendly! The store is very clean and organised well. I absolutely love how much fundraising Tesco do for different charities especially the Queen Street store for the charities in the local area! Always follow COVID-19 guidelines well!
Staff are really rude. I got accused of stealing a bag and told next time to pay for one this was despite it clearly shown on my receipt I did pay. He wouldn't even come over to check my receipt I was insistent and asked him to double check. Aboslutely mortifying experience. Staff need a lesson on how to deal with the public and actually use there eyes them instead of assuming customers are stealing when keeping a eye on self service. And to Double check before announcing to everyone that I didn't pay when I did. Also security could do a better job of looking interested when a conflict is brought to his attention. I have respect for retail staff but today's experience has left me unable to find anything positive to say about this tesco branch.
I don't write feedback much but due the Horrible experience I had with an ignorant staff member I believe called Joe! Not once but many times I have noticed that he is very rude to customers when customers have a general question to ask. To be a Tesco colleague I believe their ones of the values are customers comes first however clearly Joe doesn't support this value in my view! Never going visit this store. I hope the above management can speak to this staff member so no one can experience this rude customer service.
