Glad to have this on our doorstep! Andrew, the assistant manager is so helpful. The store is always well stocked, clean and tidy. All the staff seem cheerful and happy to be working here, whatever you’re doing Andrew keep doing it! It seems to work very well!
Been 4l times to pick up parcels and turned away as despite emails saying its ready to pick up, the store dont actually have it. Not great
Shops having a lot of work down & changes which is fine as it does have a sign to say on the door, but everything in there at the moment is covered in dust. I was going to buy a pair of new boots and when I got to the till I realised how dirty and dusty they were
Visited the store today, I am not a great shopper but I required a dress shirt for a special event. Had no idea of size or style. Jane made the experience simple, she asked all the questions , tried all sizes and fit and then helped pick a shirt. I have never been more impressed with a shop person as I was with Jane. Thank you
Queue of ppl waiting for collection pick ups,one lad serving to begin with, before a girl said "shall I help?"....then proceeds to bring out one parcel at a time.no service,no guidance for ppl dropping off returns.
Poor line of clothing and never have my size - to the extent I've given up. Unfortunately a lot of customers use this branch to pick up directory orders which does hold up the queue in ladieswear. Someone has now come up with the idea for those wanting parcels to wait in the area leading to children's wear - no queuing and a complete free for all with customers milling around, staff have no idea who'se been waiting the longest when they come over. I would seriously think about going elsewhere.
Felt disappointed that every item that me and my Mother picked up from the sale rails was on the wrong size hanger, my mother took a liking to a top thinking it was a size 18 went to pay for it them relized it was a size 10 on an 18 hanger, when my mother mentioned it to a member of staff they said it was because it was in the sale, after looking at the non sale items we found lots of garments NON sale on the wrong hangers. Can't imagen how many returns goods you must recieve because of this.
Hi, I purchased an outfit for my son on the 9th December. I then needed to switch it for the larger size which I went and did that same day, your operative Jayne didn't offer to look for the correct size I required and it was only when I said can you check the stock room that she did so. I went to put the outfit in question on my son today and found that a 12-18 month top (the correct size) was tagged to a 3-6 month dungarees, I then took the faulty items back to your store in Imperial Park Bristol. I was served by a young man called Ashley who was very helpful however Jayne was working again and was not helpful in fact she seemed to smirk at the fact that the outfit I required was not in stock in the correct size and said well you'll have to go and get it from one of our other stores. With three young children and the Christmas shoppers I was pretty dismayed at this prospect but I got them to check stock availability in the two closest stores and was told that there were two of each at Eastgate Bristol and Gallagher retail park Longwell Green, I got your staff to check the closing time of these stores and was told 8pm. My husband then made his way over to your store at Gallagher retail park Longwell Green and on his arrival at 7:40pm he found the store to be shut. I am absolutely appalled by Jaynes attitude, the store closing early a week prior to Christmas and the two incorrect items being tagged together. We have now made three separate journeys to your stores and still do not have what we require. Very poor!!
