   Used their custom repair service - brilliant and would highly recommend. Took in a very old, retro ski jacket which I wanted repaired and reinforced so that it would be good for several more seasons. I had a detailed conversation with the (friendly and knowledgeable) staff, who understood exactly what I was trying to do, and "Repair Hero" Frankie then executed the job perfectly, including some quite custom amends. Super happy and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Frankie, and all!

   What an excellent store. I popped in just to ask a question about a bike I was considering -the Sonder Frontier. I was given the chance to ride a demo model in my size by Ruben. He was extemely helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my visit while dealing with all my questions about the bike, and various accessories.

   Brilliant service from the Kingston team, repaired my beloved tent and lent me the tools to deal with a bike puncture that happened just as I arrived. Really knowledgeable team that are familiar with the kit they sell. Couldn't resist picking up some more camping accessories while I was there, always worth the investment with Alpkit.

   Fantastic outdoor store! An incredible range of backpacking/wild camping tents, bivvy and hooped bivvies. The staff are personable, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble, highly recommend it for your outdoor needs, from bike packing to wild camping, bushcraft and walking. They can recycle the old gear that you need to throw away but they're also able to repair gear, it's worth asking them.

   Very very good customer service (online & I called them). Really friendly & refunded a wetsuit that was too big, even though it got slightly damaged by my toddler. Really pleased, I just wish they made a wetsuit that fits more (slim) shapes :-)

   Absolutely smashing customer service. Really friendly staff in store, always end up chatting for ages somehow but very welcomed and enjoy it. I bought a bike online and wanted to return it under the 28 day return policy to then buy a different size/ set up and they were right, no quibbles whatsoever, very friendly about it which was fantastic. 5/5 for sure!
