Good location, close to town center (20 min walk). Breakfast could use some upgrade. Tidy and clean, staff is nice. Has a small car park but it's still better than parking on the street. A bit pricey, paid more than £300 for 2 days for 2 people.
Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady who works at the front desk. Really clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast in the morning. Peaceful location with many buses to get into the city centre. Definitely worth staying here if you don’t want to stay in the centre.

Good basic rooms. Both restaurants and shops nearby and situated quite close to the city centre. Some parking on site and exceptional helpful, friendly and plain happy hosts
The accommodation is located quite outside the city center, but reachable by foot in 25 min . The staff was helpful and warm. The rooms were quite basics and not very modern and nice but it was clean. The breakfast is a continental buffet, it is not exceptional but It is alright. This is not the accommodation of your life but the price is great for Edimbourg. Don't hesitate if you are on a budget.
So lovely and helpful hosts. I arrived after 11pm when the reception is already closed but they made sure I'll have the code the accessthe building and the room, sent me text and called me too when I didn't received it due to lack of signal. Probably it was the cleanest room I ever stayed in, even the shared bathroom was meticulously clean. It's quiet location and has good transportation links, the bus stop is just next to it. Will definitely go back!
