A fantastic place if you ever wanna visit Edinburgh, great value for money, clean, modern, walking distance to many places.
Was a last minute booking as we only decided to go that morning. We hadn’t booked but went to the apartment to see if there was any availability. Luca, who was on reception, was so very helpful, polite and professional and booked us in. The room was spacious and spotless clean. Everything you would need to make it a lovely holiday was there and a welcome basket as well. Bed was really comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. There was a slight problem with the shower door and I spoke to Luca and he came and fixed it straight away. Cannot praise him highly enough as he was exceptional at his job. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Serviced apartment that exceeds my expectations. Located in the heart of Edinburgh, 10 min walk to princess street. The apartment has everything you need with a daily room service and air conditioning in bedrooms. Staff are very helpful,they even let us in before check in time. The only downside is the noise from the street especially if you are in floor 1 .
We truly enjoyed our short trip to Edinburgh. This accommodation was a perfect choice for us, as we were looking for a self-catering flat that was as close to the city centre as possible. Although the price was quite high—which we assume was due to the timing and a major event in Edinburgh—the stay was absolutely worth it. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities and the friendly service. The flat itself was very spacious with an excellent layout. Cooking was a pleasure thanks to the well-equipped and cleverly designed kitchen, and having the dining table right next to the work surface was a brilliant touch. With fantastic facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, plus fresh milk in the fridge and a great selection of teas and coffees, everything had been considered. The daily room service was a wonderful bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra details like the illuminated wardrobe, the make-up vanity, and the dedicated recycling box. Last but not least, the fantastic view of the bay from the top floor was an absolute highlight. The location is also ideal for exploring the city on foot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a well-equipped and comfortable base for a trip to Edinburgh.
This was a great place to stay. There is an elevator (bonus!), but just about 5 steps you have to climb to get to it. Not bad. The room is clean. The front desk attendant is very helpful as we checked in and couldn’t find the washer/dryer. We were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the place is. It is run similar to a hotel with daily towel service and room refreshing. The location is walking distance from everything!
5 stars! the apartment was very clean, tidy, and spacious. Everything you need is in the apartment, i loved the selection of teas, they even put milk in the fridge! The location is great as it's close to everything, restaurants, shops and the train station is a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend a stay here an hope to be back soon!
My room far exceeded my expectations. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely basket of goodies. It is centrally located and so can walk to most attractions. I am very glad I chose to stay here
I really liked the apartment I stayed in; clean, cosy, warm and had everything I needed. Wonderful and friendly staff too, who were always keen to help.
I just got here but already know I can give this stay a 5! First off Magdalena at the front desk was wonderful and attentive. The place exceeded my expectations in amenities, cleanliness and size! Can't be beat. Also close to dining and shopping!
I stayed here twice during my trip. My first stay was the studio on the top floor. It was super cute and had a view of the building next door (which was very picturesque). Also had a smart TV. The 2nd time I was in the one bedroom in the basement. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the 2nd room. It was spacious and well designed. It didn’t feel like you were in a basement at all. I still liked the first room, the studio more, but that’s only because it was super hard to beat. Both rooms were very clean, modern, and well equipped. Beds were comfy and internet was strong. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The location was just perfect. Very central. I walked everywhere, but it didn’t feel like I was in the middle of the touristy part of town. I highly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again!
