Good friendly staff very helpful, it's a shame u have a high pitched noise playing over the store all day I had to leave the store due to this making my tinnitus worse, today u lost a customer hopefully next visit it's stopped... Management should be noticing things like this.

Manager with red hair spends more time hiding watching kids ridiculous the way she acts should employ security cause she genuine thinks she is it been in with my son who’s wandered off from me and she’s following him about the store dose it with all the kids just seen my sons friends in the shop and she is doing the same to them none of them would steal store wouldn’t be open if it wasn’t for all the kids in spending money the the school kids stand outside get in 2 at a time and followed full time they are in the shop speak to them and treated like them like rubbish

I like this shop generally, because usually you find great deals on things but that's the brand itself. not THIS particular store. only a few workers here are nice, however the other few are pure rude for no reason. everyday I see people come in to get lunch and they aren't even eating yet get told to put their food away, when they clearly aren't eating anything at all. Now you get workers watching your every move, reporting it to their other colleagues. One time in here my guardian had asked for help finding something and this worker gave her the dirtiest look and sighed, being all rotten giving her 'help' (it was not any use) The cheek from some of the staff in here is appalling and I don't think I'll be visiting this shop again due to the lack of customer respect. Their only letting 2 school children in at a time now, which is a shame because what if they are in a trio and one has to sit all alone and be at risk of getting picked on outside of the store. I also find the way the workers treat school children out of order, The tone of voice they speak in shouldn't be allowed I get that their jobs are hard and all but they really should keep in mind that those kids are the future. the new generation.

Just want to thank Jim the manager of this branch, he managed to source a ball of wool to finish a baby outfit, was gutted I ran out and couldn't get the wool anywhere, jim managed to find me a ball in the Airdrie branch and kindly got it for me, can't thank him enough for going that extra mile, any knitter will know how soul destroying it is to run out before finishing a project. Thank you again jim your a star

doesn’t even deserve this one star if i’m going to be honest with you. where do i start on how rude and disrespectful the staff are? i come to this shop everyday at lunch time without fail for my juice and there is a blonde woman, quite small. she always stands at the door telling people to put their food away, she is always rude and cheeky for no reason at all. one day i got something from the greggs hot counter, the food has no lid on it and i told her that then she said to me “ use some kitchen roll then, common sense” i never seen the kitchen roll untill she pointed it out to me, not my fault. another incident i had today, i came into this shop with my 3 friends, i had got some chips from punka wala and i had my lid closed over on my chips and so did my friends. we were looking around the shop and we were in the chocolate and sweets isle and not a single person had opened their lid on their chips nevermind taken one out and ate one. i got my juice and i went to the till to pay for it, i could see the blonde woman and some other woman with glasses peering over the shelf as if they were up to something… me and my friends tried to pay for our things and he wouldn’t let us because we were “eating”. i said to him that i hadn’t opened my box of chips since i had stepped foot in the shop and he just said to me “i’ve been told you have been eating” i said to him “well they were obviously lying” i had to walk back to school without juice because they have some grudge against literal CHILDREN that are 14 years of age. absolute scums
