   This was our second stay here but the first time under new management so we were not sure what to expect. Right from the start Peter gave us a warm welcome, even though we arrived during the wee hours due to transport problems. There was a problem with the kitchen so we couldn't have any breakfast in the B&B, which was disappointing but it was out of Peter's control and he refunded us part of the money to make up for it. Very comfortable and spacious rooms where we stayed. Loved the fact that our room had a living room with access to the garden. Wif-fi was great and fast (very important for uploading all the photos taken during the day to the cloud, to make room for more!) Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

   Bad: I arrived at 19:45 but no staff here to serve. They just left keys on the door outside. Also, I found a dirty tissue on the floor. The big problem was shared toilet and bathroom on each floor. Very inconvenience. Good: Breakfast was quite good and fresh.

   Clean, friendly and good choice at breakfast, even a freshly cooked full English if wanted. On a main bus root with buses every few minuets to get into town centre. Very Impressed with management, I had a character picture done with my daughter which fell down and I forgot to pack it and they sent it back down to me. Was not an expensive item but something personal to us.

   Warm atmosphere. Relaxed and trusting staff. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and accessible. All requests were met with courtesy and every effort was made to accommodate our needs. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and served quickly. Good value for the money paid.

   A clean but not very modern guesthouse. The bathroom and shower is shared, full English breakfast and wifi included. The owner Peter should get five stars himself since he was very helpful and caring.
