   Absolutely terrible. Staff gets huffy at you if you need I.D approved at self-service checkouts. 90% of the staff are rude. Most of the time staff are on their phones. Went in this morning to grab something for breakfast, they were putting out what I thought were fresh croissants, they were stale and the staff member was just putting them on the shelves. I have worked for Tesco for many years and cannot believe how bad they have gotten and Gordon st has gotten to be 1 of the worst.

   Scanners are terrible generally but won’t scan reduced goods at all. Missed train as assistant didn’t bother to respond. Express is definitely a misnomer. At one point 3 people we’re waiting for the assistance.
