Pretty basic accommodation, no elevator so we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Off street parking. No real service as such, just handed a key and told to go to the next door. Good place for a single night stay.

Extremely disappointing stay β€” bed bugs in a 3-star hotel! I had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. Despite being advertised as a 3-star establishment with rather high room rates, the room was infested with bed bugs. I stayed in room number 47 the 17th october 2025, and after just one night, I woke up covered in bites. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price. Cleanliness and hygiene should be the absolute minimum, but clearly this hotel doesn’t meet basic standards. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place until they properly address their pest problem.

I was a bit scared reading the reviews but can't really fault it, it is cheap(ish) so don't expect fancy rooms but mine was clean and the shower worked great. Bed was cozy but the heating was not properly on. Handy to have parking as well. I was in the building across the road so unsure if the hygene issues were happening in the main one. I would still recommend it only for a night or two given the size of the single room

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude on arrival, but the real shock came when I entered the room: it was crawling with insects. The place felt completely infested, making it impossible to relax or feel safe. I've already shared photos and videos with Bookingcom as proof, because no guest should ever have to stay in these conditions. Absolutely unacceptable and I would strongly warn others against booking this property.

I had read previous reviews. I would have cancelled once i had read other reviews- which stated beg bugs and bad conditions. However, i cannot afford to lose Β£200+ so i proceeded with the stay. The man who greeted me was very kind. As my room was already cleaned i was allowed to check into my room a bit earlier which really helped me- i did not expect this nor should anyone else- i was lucky and the man was very kind to do this. My room was modern and clean. There was no bed bugs. This was good standard of room. A bit hot and stuffy but i turned off radiator and opened the window. Other guests complying to quiet hours was a bit irritating at times. Drying hair at 12am. Talking very loudly at 1am. Yet this is other guests not the hotel itself. There is more than one building too. I was content with my stay and do think the hotel has responded and actioned the bad reviews. I hope standards are kept high so you can rebuild your reputation.

Good B&B. Our room was cleaned and has been cleaned every day. The B&B is very close to the city centre so you don’t need to move with transports. In addition to this the Staff was very friendly. I Highly recommend if your vacation is only for a couples of days and I don’t recommend this for family only because the room are very small.

Daylight robbery. Two nights cost 520 euro. Booked and paid for a double room. The room was far too small for a double bed and two adults to be able to move. Bathroom door didn't close properly. The bed clothes were dirty. The walls were paper thin. Very noisy. Gate was locked when we got back late at night and we needed to climb over it to get in. No reception to leave luggage. The only positive was a nice shower and it is walking distance from the city centre.

Cheap, cheerful and fairly central location. Room was clean although shower room needs a revamp. We were also on top floor when we had booked ground floor room which wasn't great as one of us has mobility issues.

Room was clean and comfortable however we never saw the main guest house and were shoved into an annex down the road! The staff were rude and did not acknowledge guests continuing their own conversations. We were also not even offered breakfast despite it allegedly being included.

Do not recommend. The cleanliness is below bad... the towels were dirty(we had to go and buy ourselves new ones), shower matt covered with hair, rubbish and dirt in the drawers... if u want to watch TV forget about it, it doesn't work. Rooms looks nothing like pictures. "Breakfast included" means a bag with banana, orange juice and pain au chocolate. Was really looking to find a positive about the place but can't find it.
