I had some excellent customer service today when at the pizza counter. Two ladies went out their way to help me and make sure I got some tasty fresh pizzas. I really appreciate that.

I have visited this store since it opened and the decline is obvious to anyone local. When it opened it was a very pleasant shopping experience but not now. IF you can get a trolley or basket (quite often there are none) the range of products gets smaller all the time. Nobody any longer seems to check fruit and veg and there is quite often rotten produce on display The bakery was once excellent with lovely crusty bred. Not now. I think the still warm bred is put straight into plastic wrap causing it to be soggy. Very few checkout ever open and not always someone to assist at self service. Also for some reason the shop is bloody freezing with air conditioners and you have to wear a jacket and get out quick as poss. Definitely a contender for worst Morrisons in Glasgow.

Loved the way the put their shops so clean and tidy, i found a good lady there talking to me she was working with the staff. Asked me how I am and do i need something, they were very kind.

Have not been in morrisons for quite a long time but this week decided to go back and see if any changes had been made and was I surprised, clean, new freezers, well stocked and the butchery department is still great. Well done, we'll be back.

Stopped in for a quick shop and to buy lunch when passing. The exterior looks dated but inside, it was well appointed. There was a good selection of produce, baked goods and meats. Everything we needed was stocked and the staff were very friendly in helping us find what we needed. The check out experience was seamless and the toilets were clean. Would definitely stop there again

Clean, frequent reduced items at a fair price. Generally full of stock and easy to get around and find what you want easily.

Went for the £3-50 lunch deal as I had for a number of years now and the spicy chicken baguette is now Spicy "NO" chicken. Had to ask what NO chicken was and was told it was vegan plant based "chicken". I don't eat vegan and I don't eat supposed plant based with the chemicals used to process the "plant based" materials. Once again a minority's habits are forced upon the majority. It's no sale from me

I've just been in-store to do a small shop. While at the checkouts I mentioned that it was really cold. The cashier was wearing gloves and had a blanket wrapped around her legs to keep warm. Also noticed that the lights were very dim. I think this is an absolute disgrace that there was no heating/ lighting on in such a large store. Management should be looking after their staff a lot better than this.

In around 5.30 pm on 27th Dec. Pretty quiet. Well staffed. In and out very sharp. Some items very low in stock . Understandably so. Staff member at the checkout was very pleasant
