   AWFUL STAFF.Awful customer service..I used to shop here but not anymore as my closest friend had a terrible situation 2 days ago..the staff treated my friend's 8 years old son very badly and they accused him of taking something which he never did..my friend insisted and asked the staff to check properly but they refused and they keep on their false accusation..so later my friend made a complain and got intouch with the manager and the manager admitted its a mistake and the son took nothing after reviewing the CCTV ,however she said that appologising was up to the staff member who made the mistake..They didnt even felt sorry for accusing the young child We will never shop here again..

   Easily the two rudest staff members I've ever experienced tonight, 9:55 and two young male staff are following my mum and I around the store just staring at us. Those two should not be working with the general public behaving like a pack of dogs.

   Possibly the worst shop in the area for both service and price. Staff always have faces tripping them, they never make eye contact (just incase you might ask them something). If you do manage to make contact with one of these creatures (especially the "knuckle dragging manager one") your request will more often than not be answered with "I don't know" or "nah, don't have it". Don't shop here if you are in a hurry either, the que will be 20 people long and they will not open the other till. Never. Stay away unless you are really, and I mean really stuck.

   Very useful store for local area. Quality assured but goods run out as deliveries seem to be governed from elsewhere. Good prices.free parking - although carpark is in fairly poor state. ATM outside. Pleasant staff.
