   Today me and my mum were at lidl in Beith street. My mum who is visual impairment and a guide cane user asked 2 male staff members to help her to find what she is looking for. They weren't helpful because they dont understand my mum has a guide cane and she needs assistance to find things in the shop. Wouldn't go back ever of this situation if the staff in lidl don't have training or trained enough to help people with learning disabilities and/or autism to be helpful but instead staff members should be trained for every customer if they are elderly, Disabled or got autism whenever or whatever day they come to shop in lidl to be respectful. I will never come and shop with the staff acting like this towards my mum.

   Store is well stocked and in general was quite tidy, however the toilets have got to the the most disgusting toilets in Glasgow. Dirt and grime caked up the walls, all over the sink, around the bin and all over the floor.

   Nice enough store, well stocked, good prices and 3 minutes walk from my house. The 1 star is for cleanliness, the self checkout area is filthy, weeks worth of dirt, I just noticed when I was standing at the checkout, I like the shop but it does make me reluctant to return. All of these photos were taken from the same spot, I did not have to go looking.

   Good but good luck trying to find person to help you out. Also cash is old school, replaced with self checkouts that really likes to wait for assistance.

   Decent experience but there was just one lady working the self scans by herself. She was doing a great job but she needed more support or for someone to open a checkout, as it was busy with students at the time. Get some checkout support or give her a raise because she was doing more than enough work for one employee.
