   Great very reasonably priced stop off just over the Forth Bridge north of Edinburgh. Slept so well on the night we stayed on the way up North and again on the way back down South. Breakfast was meagre though and not appealing so had an extra hour or so in bed on the way back instead. Me miss breakfast unheard of but we hadnt got there until midnight and we love our sleep.

   was met by a lovely lad at the desk who was friendly and gave us the keys to the room. we went up then creaking stairs walked across the creaky hallway and went into the room :) every step creaked and i mean every one. the rooms are very small and the bed just as small as the room. the walls are everything and you can hear everything from the room next door. when we went to bed even the bed squeaked so every move was heard by everyone. the breakfast was simply raw. nothing was cooked let alone warm. to the point we didn’t stay for our second night and got another hotel.

   Booked this Hotel for our trip to Edinburgh. It is a bit out of the way, but we booked this because of the extortionate prices in Edinburgh!! The hotel is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and functional, although the cups could be a bit bigger! And a fan in the room would be good to make up for the lack of AC. We didn’t have breakfast but my father-in-law and his partner did and they said it was varied, they had the full English and it was well cooked and very tasty. Evening meal has a limited menu but the food is great and the service was good. Enjoyed our two night stay, thank you Hillpark hotel.

   The room was fine, but there was no ventilation in the bathroom and the drain in the shower was clogged - the cleaning staff however did the best they could to fix it. The cups in the room was dirty and still had lip markings on the rim from previous guests. The breakfast was not the best, and the eggs had a funny taste, alongside with most of the cutlery and plates/bowls were dirty. Much noise from the adjacent bar during the late evenings, and with drafty windows it was hard to block out the noice. Good parking though.

   From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner – a very kind and friendly person. We had a pleasant conversation, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. We spent a lovely and relaxing time there. Later, we went for dinner and really enjoyed it – the food was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. In the morning, we had breakfast – a classic English breakfast served buffet-style, so we could help ourselves. Some hot dishes were brought to us by a kind lady, including tasty eggs, bacon, sausages, and other delicious items. Although we stayed only one night, we had a truly enjoyable experience. Five stars from us for the hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

   Had a lovely stay at the Hillpark whilst attending a function..Whilst the rooms are small they are well appointed with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on..The Hotel is immaculate and the staff are magnificent. The full breakfast was fantastic very tasty and a good size portion. I would happily recommend The Hillpark Hotel for a relaxing comfortable stay

   Just stayed here for 5 days with work. Its has all you'd expect from a 3*. Extremely clean, and well located. The food has good size portions, especially for the price. However, what really makes this hotel worth staying at is the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful, they really care about their work and ensure you have all you need. Will 100% stay again.

   I had a lovely stay at Hill Park hotel. Great location not far from the train station. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean with a very comfy bed. On suite with free wifi. Food was lovely in the bar. I had a meal when I arrived and also breakfast the next day. Wish i had stayed for two nights. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m here and I recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying in Rosyth. Perfect trip!
