Great service and very friendly and accommodating staff. I called just before Christmas Day and guys assembled 12 gift sets at a short notice and delivered to Helensburgh same day. Bonus, it was cheaper ordering via shops direct, rather than on the website!
I just made an online order for delivery and dealt with a really nice guy called James. He was very helpful and friendly, talked me through some champagnes, gave me the information I needed to make my choice. Really helpful with organising the delivery too.
Good selection. Relatively good advice and suggestions from the staff. Sometimes cigars are sold out, check ahead.
Just finished a glass of “Peanut Butter Milk Stout” what a treat. The store has a really good stock of unusual beers and of course wines/spirits. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The time I was there they were offering free wine tasting. Although I didn’t sample it felt very friendly and relaxed......nice atmosphere!
