   Despite being listed as an EVRI collection and drop off point and having a sign outside confirming this - my parcel was refused. Told they weren't taking parcels today (despite the machine being on and being watched as I printed the label and not told then they were not going to take my parcel). You are either an EVRI point or not - you can't decide on a daily basis if you will accept parcels or not. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

   Awful customer service. The man was talking on the phone and watched us bring a big parcel in, print the label off and then when we took it up said ‘oh we aren’t taking parcels’. He could have told us when he saw us or maybe take down the sign saying ‘we take parcels’. Don’t use this shop - they’re extremely rude. Would have put zero if I was allowed.

   Excellent convenience store, they have a good selection of groceries that will keep you going when you can't or don't have time to get to the supermarket. They listen to suggestions from customers and happy to stock items you might be missing, within reason though. Their prices are generally very competitive and you can often find very good offers in store. The owners are very welcoming and always up for a friendly chat.

   Recent refurb has improved this convenience store. Surprisingly good selection of items. Open until 9pm for the things forgotten in the big shop.

   Frozen food with mould and the sell by date scraped off. Today cream with a use by date 3 days old. Take you reading glasses with you. I didn't.
