   Host screamed at my mum and my girlfriend and got aggressive. After we arrived and noticed that the hostel room is very small with bad air, I kindly asked if we may get a refund. After we didnt receive any empathy we left for dinner and came back. We tried to fell asleep but then the hostel host entered the room and started to scream at us in front of the other guests. It would not have been okay to leave the property and come back without letting her know. She screamed and got aggressive. We kindly asked her to lower her voice but it made her more aggressive. Obviously, we never experienced something similarly disturbing and we will start a legal case about this. I would warn everyone to choose this hostel even though it is cheap.

   Good Budget friendly hostel✨ If you're looking for a budget-friendly hostel with good hygiene, clean washrooms, proper showers, a hair dryer, comfortable beds, and a functional kitchen area, this place is a good option. While the rooms are compact and not very spacious, they are still quite decent. The location is convenient with nearby bus stops, making it easy to access city transport.

   The distance from city isn't a problem. There are loads of buses. It's the perfect wee place to have a well earned rest. Good wee kitchen. Rooms are good and comfortable, including the beds. Showers are a good size with plenty of room. Separate toilets that are a really good size. There are laundry facilities, which is another bonus.There are plenty of shops within close proximity of the hostel, including takeaways. The hostel is really clean. Marilyn, the lady who checks you in is the friendliest people you could meet. She is really helpful and doesn't rush you. This lady makes you feel at ease and at home. The Matrix Hostel is a really good place to stay. And it is very reasonably priced.

   Stayed there, In February, before heading back to Ukraine. Marilyn the manager, was very helpful, Kind and kept the place sparkling really great place to go. They have fantastic prices, nice rooms all great at the Matrix. The showers were great, laundry service very professional place up to high Standard of comfort and cleanliness. 5/5 Stars

   Excellent hostel at a great location close to the city and amenities. During my 5 nights stay I found that the hostel keeper is a very nice and very helpful lady and always friendly and the owner is also very friendly and around on a daily basis. That place is super clean and the rooms are all set-up in white linen, clean and freshened daily. The communal facilities are well kept and a full kitchen for the guests to use are a added bonus. Good security on all room doors as well as entrance door. I will definitely stay here again.
