Edinburgh is a very lovely city!! Love the architecture of the place, but stay clear of alleyways here or someone may take your cigarettes. Other than that its a fantastic place.

Everything was great! People and rooms were lovely, though the stranger outside asking for cigarettes was a little odd.
Difficult for seniors to access owing to the steep slope. Smelly overfilled rubbish bins located at the top of the close and rubbish strewn on the road. Difficult for elderly to access keys and locks to door of our room were difficult to open. Rooms we clean and tidy but some lights In rooms were not working. WiFi is poor and floor boards in one of the bathrooms were creaky. The place is centrally located and within a short walk to the 100 Airlink bus stop and the railway station.

Booking made through AirBNB, everything perfect, automated check-in and fast communication. Perfect location for getting around Edinburgh. Also good cleaning, I would have expected a little something in the pantry for breakfast. Recommended!
Arrived to find the smoke detector chirping due to battery needing changed. Contacted the service people and they told us to go buy a new battery. We also had no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Again contacted someone via text because the phone number that we were given in our email was not a working number. We were told to flip a switch, but this still did not work. The next day they sent out James who brought a battery and flipped a second switch to give us hot water. These things should have been taken care of before our arrival.
