Loved this place!! The location, the luxury, the staff - all were wonderful. I stayed here with family during our UK visit, and were not disappointed. Very well located for anyone wanted to explore Edinburgh and nearby places. Place is right next to a mall, for shopping or food. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, will highly recommend it. The staff was really friendly, helpful and courteous. Would love to visit again.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again, itβs perfect location with everything so close by. The rooms are great, with huge bathrooms and comfy beds. The facilities are great too, the pool is nice (just a little cold) and the sauna and steam room are brilliant. The gym was basic but had everything you need for a quick workout. The staff have been super friendly and attentive to us and our room, Iβd recommend this to anyone staying in Edinburgh as itβs so close to everything you want to visit.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious and one of the comfiest beds Iβve ever stayed in! Gorgeous quality bedding and white fluffy towels too. Loved the pool & steam room also. Located perfectly in centre, 5-10 min walk to the old town. Fantastic breakfast - A La Carte menu and really delicious. I asked to swap rooms as I wanted one with a bath in, Reka on reception very helpfully arranged it and even offered complimentary breakfast for my trouble! The service overall was outstanding, everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Wound personally say this is a 4.5 star hotel, much better than other 4 stars Iβve stayed in! Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were really nice, great shower and tub. The pool and sauna/steam room were great. Service was great, there was always someone at the front desk. Windows opened, but it was a bit noisy outside (to be expected in the city). Blankets were a touch small. Overall great stay, location was perfect.

Stayed at the hotel from September 16-18, the duty manager, and all staff were so wonderful. When we checked out I was waiting for my partner to grab the car and sitting with my bags and the duty manager went and grabbed me a coffee. Room was clean and comfortable, spa was great. Highly recommend

Loved this place. The location is just right in the middle of everything that you need: shopping, sightseeing, transport, dining-in, etc. The hotel itself is very very nice with spacious rooms, step-free access, and a pool and spa for your well-being. Food is top notch as well, their English Breakfast could be better but everything else was delicious. Finally, the staff: all smiles and very pleasant and courteous. Irene booked us in and she was very kind to recognise that we came from a long trip. Very much thankful to everyone who has catered to our needs. Hope to come back soon as Edinburgh is one of the cities we enjoyed our visit!

We just stayed for a 3 night visit to Edinburgh. Firstly, there is no red carpet nor plants outside the front door meaning we walked straight past it thinking it was a service door. We went to the second door where we could see the flags flying but this was not in use so we walked back. That aside, once we were inside, we were greeted with smiles and checked in fairly easily. Donβt be fooled by the online check in they send you by email. You still stand for 5 minutes signing things and giving your credit card details at reception even if you check in online first. Our room was spectacular for the money (around Β£130 per night) and everything in there was perfect. Room service and maids surpassed our expectations. The pool/sauna area was extremely clean and has towels, shampoo and conditioner plus hairdryers so you could shower in there fully without having to go back to your room. Lockers require a Β£1 coin which we didnβt realise. Bar service was great and very attentive. On check out, we were sheepishly going to ask reception to hold our bags for a few hours but they offered before we could ask. Very friendly staff, great room service and nothing was too much trouble for a hotel in a great location at good value.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Room was amazing. Spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a short hotel stay. Dinner in hotel restaurant was very nice. Again, wonderful waiting staff. They made my birthday extra special with a tasty dessert treat that was unexpected. Location is excellent. Edinburgh Playhouse, St James Centre, Princess Street are only a few attractions a few minutes walk away. Overall, we've had a wonderful stay and would definitely return soon.

Super friendly staff throughout our stay means I'd thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here. From a friendly welcome upon arrival, to the free upgrade upon check-in, to the bar staff in the evening, everyone was super helpful. The room was great, although overlooked, and the bathroom was massive. They gym is nice, if small, and the sauna and pool are a great addition. The location is perfect for the royal mile (tourist central) and has loads of great restaurants in the vicinity (of which the staff will be able to recommend). When we're next back in Edinburgh, this will definitely be our first choice.
