Elaine was kind and honest when I first saw the flat. A lovely lady. David was responsive and helpful on the paperwork side. He did a fantastic job. Hence my experience was outstanding and smooth. I’d 100% recommend choosing The Property Letting Centre. They are run by superstars
Moved into flat in September and despite there being a few issues with the flat that were nobody's fault the team at PLC have been nothing short of amazing. From the initial viewing right through to moving in they have been there to support us along the way and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

I have had a really positive experience with The Property Letting Centre. I am in the process of renting a flat through them and everyone I have interacted with from the team has been very responsive and professional every step of the way. She has been an amazing help throughout our redecoration project, always providing quick responses to our questions, suggestions and generally, just pushing it forward! I have delt with a few letting agents over the years and I can say categorically that PLC are streets ahead of the rest. Their service is attentive, efficient and thorough. After having the lovely Colinton Lettings retire as our agents, we're extremely disappointed with this agency's abhorrent work ethic and lack of any response time regarding house maintenance issues, requiring us to go straight to the landlord, and making us question the point of having them as a middleman at all. Had a ceiling leak during a rainy season last year and was told they only have the one contractor already out on a job, there's no estimate for our issue, and I should drill into the ceiling myself to let the water through. The landlord had to come in to fix things himself. Shocking. Wouldn't recommend in the slightest. Unprofessional, horrible communication, disorganized, and unreliable, can't wait to hopefully get rid of them and have a new agency care for the flat, as it deserves better. AVOID!
Edited on move out: Thanks to Suzanne, Jasmine, Dean and Debra for their help during my move out. It has been a smooth process from NTQ to deposit return. Sad to be leaving a great flat with very few issues at a fantastic rent - a rare find in Edinburgh today! ------------ Really impressed so far with The PLC, application process was very easy and quick. Quality of my new flat is fantastic and Chloe has been great at keeping me updated at each step of the way. Thanks!
I can only say good words about PLC! In the past three years I rented two flats of PLC, and the service have always been excellent. They reply fast, they are professional and very helpful (and also very kind people!) Never had any problem. Special thanks to Suzanne Smith :)
