   Drummond Place AirBnB was just perfect and exactly what we were looking for! A cozy, spacious, warm place in a very convenient location, less than 15 min walk from the main high street. The rooms are very spacious, everything was tidy and ready for us to settle in. The fruit and snacks basket with fresh flowers was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The instructions booklet and information prior to our arrival from the host was very useful and handy. We had no issues with our stay. Our family had an amazing time in Edinburgh and this AirBnB made it that much better. I highly recommend booking this place.

   We had a wonderful stay at the home on Jamaica Lane. The home is bright & spacious and was well cleaned. We loved that the hosts had left fresh flowers and an assortment of fruit and cookies - they were the perfect welcome. The self-checkin was easy with clear instructions from the hosts. The location is great with several cafes, restaurants, and shopping within two blocks and the Royal Mile and other touristy areas just a few blocks further. We didn't need our car at all in Edinburg and the attached garage allowed us to safely stow it away for a few days.

   My wife(Karen) and I recently had a great experience in Edinburg for ten(10) days vacation. One of our most pleasurable was the four(4) days stay that we were fortunate to have at Ramsey Gardens Apt#8. When staying in Edinburg, you must seek an apartment in Old Town Edinburg - you can not get any better location than Ramsey Gardens with their spacious, well appointed rooms and furnishings. The apartments are located steps from Edinburg Castle, as well as, one of the finest dining experiences in Old Town - The Witchery. In addition, you are at the highest point of Edinburg’s, famous Royal Mile with its many shops, pubs, and eateries. Our hosts, Greatbase, have a wonderful staff, people like Stuart, Katie, and Craig, that will insure that your stay is a pleasant and memorable experience. Ours certainly was - thank you Stuart, Katie and Craig.

   I had and excellent experience with Greatbase Apartments Edinburgh! The flat that I originally booked through Booking.com had some technical issues. A representative from Greatbase called me, explained the situation, and offered a different flat - 8 Ramesy Garden. What an amazing place! A beautiful flat in a perfect location! Not only it was an elegant, well furbished, and spotlessly clean residence. We were also welcomed by a bouquet of fresh lilies, a basket of fruit, and some coffee and chocolates. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the check-in and check-out process could not be any easier. The voucher for my next stay at a Greatbase property I received as a way to apologize for the situation was a real cherry on top! We could not ask for any better service or a more perfect accommodation during our stay in Edinburgh!

   We stayed for 3 days in the Cambridge Street property, which was a spacious, quiet, and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location with great views of the Castle and the surrounding gardens. The Castle Terrace car park was just steps away. The apartment itself was very attractive, clean, and well equipped, and it felt quite personal with interesting works of art and lots of books. We would happily stay here again.

   We had a short 4 day break away planned for last year (2020) but for obvious reasons it had to be cancelled. I managed to book the same location, Circus Lane in Edinburgh for this year. Contact was good with the Greatbase team and on the day we were due to arrive I had to phone them to say that we were going to be late due to train problems (another story) and it was no problem whatsoever, we simply arranged a new time to meet to be let in and shown around our apartment. The place was lovely with everything that we required for our stay. We like to walk and walked everywhere apart from the day we went to take a look at the Forth Bridge, we covered 36 miles in 3 full days, had a few meals out and a few beers along the way. We would recommend Greatbase for a break.

   Our stay in Circus Lane was ideal. We have stayed in many self catering properties and this one certainly rates in the top three. Everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. We were met on arrival and shown where everything was. Many thanks for the flowers, lovely touch. Property was spotless and bed very comfortable . En suite shower superb. Situated within a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and walks along the river. Not far from the Botanical Gardens. Frequent buses if needed. Thank you Great Base, would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

   we stayed at Cumberland Street in Edinburgh, in a flat for 5 people. It was a beautiful apartment, very charming, about 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. we appreciated the fact that useful items were provided and sufficient : towels, kitchen tools, hairdryer, shampoo and soap, toilet paper...The appartment was also very clean and the beds comfortable. we also appreciated the welcome gifts (biscuits, apples). We would definitely recommend this location. Not to forget also that the person who welcomed us was very professional and gave us useful advice.
