The customer service was excellent,the guy behind the counter very accomadating and good at his job,no hurry up,no pushy,pushy,just helpful and good advice A decent choice of products.i especially liked there own line in vape juice. Got exactly what I was looking for. Great shop.
Great vape shop! The staff member was super helpful, gave me great advice for my new vape system and what juice would suit me based on what I said I was into, and he was spot on with the flavours he recommended. I'll be back everytime I need new juice.
Have now been off the smokes for over 7 months. I had smoked since I was 14 years old and that became 34 years of my life. My best friend had recommended this shop so went for a visit. As normal, when you start vaping you find a lot of problems regarding vaping: Being scared of the whole process of using liquid nicotine and changing coils ect. It all seems so....Scary after just being a smoker. The big thing for me with Vape Haven was the way I was treated as a customer. I went back every time I had a problem and I was shown what to do. This is a business that is not a franchise and actually has a man who is almost evangelical in getting people off smoking. I personally could not have imagined not smoking after all this time but I am thanks to the help from Alan and Raymond. My life has changed to a much better place. I genuinely thank them for the continued help. Good people. Amazing shop
