I've worked with lots of people who were really good at dealing with customers but the young lady with the auburn hair who works in here has best customer service skills I've ever seen. She performs her role with an energetic, natural flair. She is funny, knowledgeable and incredibly thoughtful all at the same time. That young lady's personality and people skills are worth their weight in gold.
Very friendly, very efficient and a great laugh with these girls, they should be very proud of what they are doing and once I shopped there for the first time I knew I would never go anywhere else for my vaping needs....... well done girls...xxx
I have Been using the crystal vapes with banana ice and the lovely staff informed me I can get this in liquid ! Was absolutely buzzing as it’s my fav flavour. Staff are always so nice and kind and friendly .
The LOVELIEST STAFF in the Braehead store. Helped solve a problem which the call centre down in Manchester got wrong and handled extremely poorly. The only reason I’m staying with this company is due to the girls in store realising the mistake made by the call handler.I would recommend visiting the store rather than “online” orders as I’ve heard it’s been wrong with a few folk.But once again the lovely girls in store handled things so much better THANK YOU
