   Excellent, friendly professional service every time! My mum was a smoker for 57 years and decided to move to vapes 3 years ago. From the first time she visited the store for advice and help she has been looked after amazingly well. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. From helping choose the best “puffer” (as she calls it) to the right liquids, and showing her how to change the coil, they have explained everything so well and are always there for her when she needs help. I would go as far as saying that one of the main reasons mum hasn’t returned to cigarettes is because of how fantastic the guys in the store have been when she has needed them. A total credit to the company, and providing a very valuable, first class service! Keep up the great work!

   I nipped in here on a pitstop whilst on my travels. The team were absolutely brilliant, hooked me up with coils, premium juices for my mod. Besides the sale, which was very person centered; the team were great. They clearly value each person who comes through the door as an individual, and not just a walking £ sign. If I'm ever down this way again, I know where to go.

Very polite , going out their way to ensure their customers leave the shop happy with their purchase, making their customers smile with their jovial demeanours.    Good selection of flavours and knowledgeable staff that are friendly. Could be more competitive on prices found online. But then again they do have multiple outlets and staff to pay. They offer a loyalty card and points system that's well worth it though.

   Just wanted to shout out this VPZ shop and the staff that work there especially Ian the manager and the gal who works there (which sadly I’ve forgotten her name) but she has amazing style and she’s always super sweet and helpful just like Ian and they have made it so much easier for me to quit smoking with there advice. It makes such a difference going into a shop and the staff being so friendly and helpful taking the time to make sure you get what you need hands down the best VPZ shop I’ve ever visited and I continue to go back!

They are also very knowledgeable and make a great effort to advise on the products which are best suited for myself, as well as the best deals.    Amazing products, fantastic knowledge from staff. I have recently delt with Ian and I was clueless as to what I needed as I wanted to completely change my mod. He took the time time to ensure I got want I wanted and needed. I left the store with full confidence and satisfaction with my purchase. I would highly recommend this store & if you need help do not hesitate to ask. The staff are phenomenal & the store looks great too. They always have what I'm looking for.
