   My partner and I went to the store to purchase a Hugo Boss black suit. He purchased the one slim line black suit along with white cotton shirt, leather belt, socks and boxer shorts and he looks amazing and is very pleased with his purchase!!! The whole experience was made so relaxed and enjoyable as we had undivided attention from Lara. She went out of her way to help us and ensure the whole experience was stress free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and changing sizes etc, giving advice was really appreciated. We even had a glass of Prosseco at the end so we could sit and enjoy the moment together. It was a special occasion that we were attending so the suit was super important ... having that made easier with the purchase made all the difference. Thank you, Lara ...

   Incompetent and poor service from staff. Bought a suit had it fitted but when picked it up was far too small and definitely not wearable. Stupid manager is trying to tell me it’s what I had fitted and ordered. The stitching inside the trousers has ripped, I wouldn’t buy anything from here again unless you want to ruin a nice suit Disgrace to the Hugo boss brand and Italian woven suits

   Went in on Saturday. Nile and Mike the manager were great. Genuinely nice people. Felt at ease with them discussing styles. They weren't pushy at all. It was the first shop I went to for some trousers, shirt and shoes and I got it all there as they were spot on. It's nice to go somewhere and feel at ease within a sales environment. Nile in particular was able to inform me of how jackets can be ordered to my size. This had not been offered before. Mike arranged for trousers to be tailored to my exacting fit and even arranged for delivery to my address to save me the drive back. Just spot on!! This will be my go to place from now on!!
