Been going here for a few years now and I have always had amazing service. The store manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. Recently there has been a new guy, Steve, I think who does try the hard sell tactic and offers deals multiple times even after refusing them which is a bit frustrating. All the other staff are top notch!
The staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. There's so much yo choose from that you might think its overwhelming but actually its not because the staff are happy to help direct you and what you're looking for and find you good options. Great opening hours and great prices. Not sure what more you could want from a vape shop honestly! Best vape shop in Renfrewshire.

My wife vapes and this is where we bought her hardware and liquids. The service is exceptional. All the staff are very friendly. We buy all our liquids there and the assistant now knows someone comes in monthly to buy 5 of a particular flavour so makes sure that he always has at least 5 to fulfil our request. That is world class service in my opinion. Thanks.
Stuart is an absolute credit to your team. Had us sorted with new vapes to suit both our needs within minutes. He gave us a couple of different options with his thoughts on each one! When it came to buying juice we gave him a general kind of flavour we wanted and he matched it up with what was in stock. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been using vaporised for about a year now Been to a few stores across Scotland due to work but none can compare to the welcoming atmosphere in the Vaporised Renfrew branch! Always make you feel welcome, always very professional and definitely go that extra mile to help you with whatever you need! Anytime I’ve ever had any questions, the staff are more than willing to take that extra time answering your questions and really show of their knowledge about the E-liquids, tanks and mod kits!
