   I went to return two items that I had bought online. The asst serving me was marvellous… without hesitation went to their stockroom and found both garments in the right size. Of course it is normal to expect good service but sometimes it’s delivered in such a way it feels special ….. It’s says Eliot served me - so thank you Eliot. I came expecting onjy a refund but I left with everything I wanted and in a very short time … brilliant!!

   Place was fine with quick service but don't appreciate being signed up to your newsletters when asking for an email to send my receipt. Pretty sure you are meant to ask about signing someone up to such a service first.

   Big thank you to Louise and her colleague for helping me pick out some jeans today. Buying jeans is usually a horrible experience but they made me feel so comfortable and that it was no trouble to find me other sizes. Will be coming back often!

   Really nice shopping experience - friendly staff, lots of and super nice changing rooms (and you can just go straight in), tonnes of nice sale items in lots of sizes and I really like that they have the sizing on the hanger so it makes it really easy to see

   I wish I had asked all three staff members' names who helped me today, but I only learned Holly's. It's been a while since I've shopped and my body has changed. The ladies who were on staff today around noon were so kind, so encouraging, and went above and beyond to help me. Holly advised on different styles and brought me some items from upstairs, a few of which I actually ended up purchasing. The quality of clothing is great and there are many options, but the kindness and attentiveness I received today will definitely make me a return customer.

   I do like the majority of Fat Face clothing, you can get good quality jeans, trousers, jumpers, hoodies etc. Which last and wash well. Their accessories can be a bit on the expensive side; socks, scarves, bags etc, but they aren't overly fussy like some of the more fashionable items available elsewhere (if you like a bit of bling, this place isn't for you). They also have good sales, with decent reductions.
